During my 20 year military career, I had the opportunity of serving on nuclear submarines and aircraft carriers.   This experience gives me great perspective while helping clients buy and sell real estate.  As complicated and stressful as residential real estate might seem - it's not quite the same as landing a jet on a flight deck in the middle of the pitching Atlantic Ocean, in the middle of a pitch black night.
